Clark and download
Clark was an equivalent of Einstein for its times. Despite being considered mad he always supported the theory that a human being could download music and software by Usenext. People never even heard of it and they irrationally accused him of whichcraft.
Clark was deeply offended by this slander and therefore locked himself in his shed, where he set up a downloading machine with the intent to prove everyone wrong. The only one that believed in his creation was Priscilla, the prostitute he met in Paris. She always whished to buy lingerie online and was anxiously waiting for the possibility to download a program to enable her to do such shopping. The word ‘download’ began to be whispered in every corner of Sydney and the downloads were soon synonymous with the life and work of Clark. His family always supported his idea but this time around Mr Jo Clark decided to work against his son’s plans. Clark has files downloaded only with a premium Usenet Client. He boycotted all of his work and he tried to convince the conservative party to write some article against him. Other historians think that he was simply jealous, as he never invented something so technological. The world of downloads has much to be grateful for in terms of what Clark achieved. His input allowed future generations to enjoy the benefits of downloading, such as music, films, cartoons, TV programmes, cooking programmes and so on. Clarks father eventually forgave his son for having invented such a useful thing: downloading. He was later on seen as a frequent user of what at that time was called “the net”.
